With the Macomb Street Facility renovation and addition, Washington Hebrew Congregation has the space needed for special events and celebrations at the Temple. Through a strategic demolition and reconstruction program, the space available for social and education programs is more than doubled. The look and feel of the existing modernist building continues into the addition with complementary materials, colors, and articulated window bays. Large windows flood natural light into the lower level and offer pleasant views of the street landscape.
