As an active, urban congregation, the church has a strong sense of history and hospitality with an interest in community service. The early 20th century building, however, was originally designed for a very different congregation and needed updating. The reconfigured worship space is flexible and creates a strong sense of community during both large and small events. Refinished American Walnut pews and new cathedral chairs are centered around a new, custom altar and pulpit designed to create an engaging, central worship area, a room within a room.
