Formerly a retail catalog sales center, this existing building renovation houses Goodwill’s Arlington retail store as well as its training and regional distribution center. The site is situated on a busy corner lot near a dense residential community. The design improves the site circulation, expands the building in a complementary style, and refreshes the architectural details in the 40-year-old structure, using bright-colored, steel and glass canopies to contrast with the white brick building.
