Tom Kerns Discusses Hollin Hills Design Principles in April

Tom Kerns will talk about the planning principles an minimalist language of the architecture of Hollin Hills to kick-off the neighborhood's bi-annual house tour this April.

Hollin Hills is a community of contemporary homes in Northern Virginia designed by the late architect Charles Goodman.  Designed in the early 1960's, the community of over 400 homes was developed throughout the last half of the twentieth century.

The tour has become quite popular attracting upwards to 2,000 people from the greater DC region.  The tour is on April 28th so mark your calendars now.
